Walk around the grounds surrounding the original cotton gin (now our bar & lobby), and you will find one of the first mechanized cotton pickers, manufactured by International Harvester.

Ground Zero Blues Club Apartments are located above Ground Zero Blues Club® in what was once a cotton-grading warehouse. Up until the mid-20th century sellers to the company submitted cotton samples, and the fibers were then graded visually against a skylight by the keen eyes of some of Mississippi’s most talented cotton experts. A value description was then assigned based on the quality of the cotton. Cotton companies had a unique professional jargon for various qualities, and it is from there that we named our individual apartments. Don’t be fooled, however: each Delta Cotton Company Apartment is a gem, the only differences being in décor and number of accommodations

All four of the Sunflower Lofts have similar floor plans: 2 bedrooms (queen bed), 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen and great room (living room with dining area). The kitchens have modern appliances and the living rooms feature flat screen TVs. Each loft has a contemporary look with an airy feel along with large windows that provide plenty of natural light.
